Healing the Unexpected is a 12-session grief counseling program designed specifically for individuals coping with sudden or traumatic loss—whether due to suicide, heart attack, car accident, or another unexpected crisis.
This personalized program offers a safe and supportive space to process the pain, rebuild emotional stability, develop strategies that would promote a continued bond, and
begin the journey toward healing. Each session is guided by a licensed mental health counselor and focuses on helping you:
