Grief is a natural response to losing someone or something meaningful. While many people have heard of the stages of grief, each person's journey is unique, and healing rarely follows a straight path. This trauma-informed Therapeutic Coloring & Reflection Experience provides education about the stages of grief while offering a compassionate space to process emotions through guided coloring, reflective journaling, and self-regulation practices. Participants are invited to deepen their understanding of grief, extend themselves grace, and discover that there is no right or wrong way to heal.
